Island Beach State Park

Island Beach State Park spans over 3,000 acres of pristine barrier island ecosystems, attracting thousands of visitors each year with its 10 miles of rolling sand dunes and white sandy beaches.

Island Beach State Park charges an entry fee per vehicle, which varies by season and residency status:

  • Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend:
    • NJ Residents: $10 (weekends/holidays), $6 (weekdays)
    • Non-Residents: $20 (weekends/holidays), $12 (weekdays)
  • Off-Season (After Labor Day – Before Memorial Day Weekend):
    • NJ Residents: $5
    • Non-Residents: $10
  • Motorcycles: $5 (NJ residents), $7 (non-residents)
  • Walk-in or Bicycle Entry: Free
