Preseason (Starting March 1)
Purchase at the Avalon Borough Hall – Tax Collector’s Office
Payment: Cash, checks, and credit cards
Mail Orders: Cash or check accepted through May 9
You’ll receive a receipt by mail, which you exchange for your physical 2026 tag at the Beach Tag Booth.
In‑Season (Starting June 1)
Seasonal tags increase to $42

Daily: Opens April 26 and remains open through summer
Good to Know
Tags are required daily during guarded hours.
Avalon and Stone Harbor share a reciprocal badge system, so one tag works across all Seven Mile Island beaches.
Children under 12 never need a tag.
