Refund & Replacement Policy
No Refunds for Weather Closures
Beaches are outdoor, weather‑dependent facilities. If the beach closes due to weather, no refunds are issued.
Ortley Beach uses a lightning‑detection system and multiple weather forecasts.
Safety is the priority; staff may close the beach at any time if conditions warrant.
Depending on the severity and time of day, the beach may remain closed or attempt to reopen.
During weather shutdowns, all patrons must leave the water and the beach.
Lost or Damaged Badges
No refunds or free replacements for lost or damaged badges or passes.
Senior Access ID Cards may be replaced for $10 per card.
