Lavallette requires beach badges for visitors 12 and older during the summer season.
Badge Sales
The Badge Office is currently closed for the season. Badges will be sold at the Municipal Building until the Badge Office reopens in Spring 2026.

Official Beach Badge Rules
Beach badges must be worn at all times, clearly visible on the front of the bathing suit. This applies to both Ocean and Bay Beaches.
Fees for the 2026 Season:

Season Badge: $65 per person

A “week” runs Saturday through the following Saturday
